Unlike most commercially available EM solvers, WIPL-D Pro allows modeling of arbitrary metallic and dielectric 3D structures with wires and plates. The flagship product is the only commercially available EM solver that uses higher order basis functions and the Method of Moments ( MoM ) to provide highly efficient analysis.

With the release of the Pro CAD package, users can now import CAD models in common formats such as Parasolid, ACIS (SAT), STEP, IGES, CATIA, ProEngineer, Unigraphics, VDA and STL to create meshes that can be directly used by the WIPL-D EM solver.
