RF System Measurements
When performing a cosite interference or system vulnerability analysis, it is critical to have an accurate broadband representation of the RF system's performance. For transmitters, analysts are typically interested in the fundamental, harmonics, spurious emissions and broadband noise generated by the transmitter. For a receiver, the in-band and out-of-band sensitivity or susceptibility is the performance metric of interest.
Delcross has developed an Automated Measurement System (AMS) for characterizing the broadband performance of RF systems with high dynamic range. By utilizing an innovative hardware design, transmitters can be characterized with greater than 130 dB of dynamic range to accurately capture low amplitude harmonics and spurious emissions. Receivers can similarly be characterized with greater than 130 dB of dyanmic range.
Example transmitter and receiver characterizations are shown below. To learn more about the RF System Measurement services offered by Delcross, Contact Us.
